Pre-Requisite: 21st Century Leadership

Working within our Facilitator Development Program structure you further develop your skills for:

  • Facilitating Group Processes

Effective facilitation consists of a complex set of attitudes and skills, most of which are acquired through self-examination, study and practice.

Becoming a better, more effective facilitator begins with a choice to make it happen. When you make this choice, we will help you with the rest.

Extraordinary Learning’s Facilitator Development Program provides the forum to gain practical experience as a leader and facilitator in a respect-based, high-bar forum. We help you:

WHAT DOES TUITION INCLUDE?

Tuition includes front of the room experience, real-time feedback and structured feedback from those who have known you for some time, food and accommodations and two months of leadership coaching.

Participants of FDP by Extraordinary Learning may qualify to assist 21st Century Leadership in 2010 and may qualify to be a paid facilitator of Introduction Workshops for 21st Century Leadership in 2010.
 
This is an immersion experience in facilitation. We teach leadership competencies that are not taught elsewhere and that go beyond intellectual and/or technical expertise.

We work with small groups; Everyone receives a lot of personal attention. Our focus in the course is firmly fixed on assisting you in developing and strengthening your knowledge of yourself. With this knowledge you become a more effective individual, a stronger leader, an extraordinary facilitator.
 
The challenges of the course are balanced with belly-laughing fun. What you learn is transferable and adaptable to all areas of life. What you learn will stick.
 
Combined, Extraordinary Learning’s facilitators have been designing and delivering leading-edge courses for business, government, organizations and people around the world for almost fifty years. We are experts in experiential adult education.

Food and accommodations are covered from December 13 to 20* for those who registered before the end of August 2009. For those who register after August 2009 there is an additional fee for food and accommodations, unless you are rooming with someone already registered.  Call for additional details.

*The actual course runs from December 13 to 17. December 17 to 20 is for recreation and an opportunity to get to know fellow participants better.
