Lori Marcoux and Phil Holcomb are a husband and wife team, both with significant business backgrounds. Each has a passion for helping others create meaningful and lasting results.

Experienced in a wide variety of business, professional, educational and entrepreneurial endeavors, Lori and Phil have aided countless organizations and people to improve their effectiveness, enhance their results and create more of what matters most to them.

	Lori is the Founder and President of Extraordinary Learning. Known for her determination and love of bold action, Lori is results driven. For well over 20 years she has been exercising her expertise in facilitating, coaching, marketing, sales and sales management, special event coordination, promotions and customer service. She has run several departments, project initiatives and businesses, creating personal success in the real estate, hospitality, fitness, and adult education industries.   Lori uses straightforward communication, infectious enthusiasm and vivid humor to help her clients get more of what matters most to them. Lori's clients include leaders, managers and senior staff from the top companies, governmental and non-profit organizations, as well as leading-edge entrepreneurs throughout North America.
	Phil is known for his clear and direct communication, his wealth of knowledge about people and what does and does not work in getting better results. His presentation style is passionate and animated. He is also hilariously funny. Phil draws upon his vast life experience that includes extensive travel while growing up, experience as a military officer, trial attorney, businessman, and over 30 years as a facilitator and coach. He has inspired people around the world to create results beyond their expectations.   Phil is the author of a wide variety of workshops and courses ranging in topics from effective communication to leadership. He is sought out by individuals and organizations to help them acquire the attitudes, skills and strategies that promote success, meaning and fulfillment.
