COACHING
Choosing a coach is no different than making a choice about whom you want as your personal accountant, lawyer or doctor.
Clients who get the best results are those who hold their coach in high regard and simply keep commitments made during the coaching sessions, if for no reason other than to keep their word to their coach.
Following are three more requisites for Lori or Phil to coach you:
- You are a 21st Century Leadership Graduate.
- You are willing to use the mindsets and skills you learned in the course.
- You are clear about the results you want to create with your coach.
Expect to experience clarity, inspiration, encouragement, support and challenge during coaching sessions. Expect to be highly productive.
While consultants give answers, Phil and Lori encourage you to use
what you know, listen and ask questions as a result of which you make smart choices based on what you know is right for you.
Coaching works for a wide variety of people, professions,
and situations. A coach who has gotten to know you on a personal level
will understand you more quickly. For this reason Lori and Phil prefer
to work with their course graduates. However, depending on your
experience and background there are exceptions to the rule.
While
some coaches do offer in-person
coaching, it is not necessary to get results. You will create the
results you do whether you meet with your coach in person or have
your coaching session on the telephone. Lori and Phil work primarily
over the telephone and internet. Most of their in-person coaching takes
place in the program room, whether it is at 21st Century Leadership, at
a Leadership Tune-up, at in-house workshops and miscellaneous public
courses. You may also enroll in our Platinum Coaching Program if
in-person coaching is important to you.
